We are looking for enthusiastic bar and waiting staff to join our team, you must be friendly, hardworking, honest and reliable.
Your role will include:
- Greeting, serving and looking after our guests
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work within a team to create a friendly atmosphere
- Know and be able to explain our menus and make recommendations to our guests
- Preparing Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Preparing cocktails
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Assessing customer needs and preferences
- Cash handling
- Setting up for functions and events within the hotel
- Setting up and closing down procedures.
Experience Preferred However Training Will Be Provided.
