We are now looking for a Client Executive to ensure highest customer satisfaction and establish Extenda Retail as a strategic vendor. We are looking for an experienced sales person to take part of our expansion as we enter Spain as a the next market for our cloud based POS-solution called Hii Retail. We have previously won a market leading position in the Nordics and successfully entered the Benelux market.


For a little more than 5 years ago, we started a journey of change, development and growth here at Extenda Retail. Our ambition has been to grow in new markets and develop our product portfolio and offer towards the market. Extenda Retail is a leading software provider to global retailers. We lead major retail chains through their digital business transformation by delivering innovative solutions and services that empower the digitization of the retail industry.

In the role as Client Executive you will work in close collaboration with client and internal teams to support and execute opportunity management and account management. We therefore see that you have sound technical understanding with the ability to learn our products combined with a strong drive for business development and sales.

You will be responsible for the overall business relationship with the client where your objective is to deliver on the company strategy aiming to drive business development. You'll be managing the sales process and coordinating sales activities to create a sustainable growth where you play a key role to drive development of both our and the client’s business. Together with the team you will also help our company achieve our mission to lead the retail software industry by delivering the cloud's most secure, convenient and innovative retailing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for customer satisfaction and establishing Extenda Retail as a strategic vendor
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to strategic investments, ensure product improvement and developing client relationship
  • Coordinate and drive business development by identifying new opportunities in client’s business
  • Manage contract negotiations, ensure all customer expectations and contract commitments are managed and delivered upon.
  • Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipeline management.

  • Are a commercially driven individual with 7+ years of experience with long and complex sales cycles in the software industry
  • Have interest in technology and experience from the software industry.
  • Have great interpersonal skills with good qualities in building and maintaining strong relationship
  • Have the ability to manage contact with persons across different levels of seniority in the client’s organization.
  • Are able to get a holistic understanding of the business commitment as well as the ability to manage depth details when working in operational aspects with specialists.

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree from university specialized in technology or engineering
  • Business acumen and goal oriented personality.
  • Endurance and experience of working in long sales processes and long-term cycles.
  • Be attentive and keeping yourself updated on trends and the development of the software industry
  • Be a skilled communicator with the ability to tailor the message dependent on the audience
  • Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
