For this project we are seeking Power Supply Experts (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning of electrical energy systems: distribution networks and circuits, lighting systems for marshalling yards, railway station platforms and railroad tracks, electrical point heating systems and train preheating systems as well as backup power supply systems for electronic interlockings
  • Responsible for the quality, budget, and on-time execution of construction work during all planning phases as specified in the contract.
  • Carry out both your own- and third-party project inspections.
  • Ensure the plausibility, integrity and quality of the tasks, baseline assessment and planning.
  • Be the technical contact for all the parties involved in the project.
  • Design of Metro traction power systems, means bulk power supply, power substations AC and DC and third rail
  • Development of technical requirements for tender documents
  • Ensuring and applying technical and legal guidelines
  • Defining and monitoring project interfaces
  • Reporting and documenting
  • Supporting supervision and testing & commissioning services

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully graduated from a bachelor’s program as an electrical engineer.
  • You have knowledge of electrical power systems, ideally in the railway sector, will be a plus.
  • You are familiar with technical drawing using CAD software it will be great.
  • You have proficiency in MS Office.
  • You have strong communication skills and a confident and motivating attitude.
  • At least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Fluent business English
  • Utilization of MS Office and project management software
  • Intercultural skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with strong team building skills
