For our Operations in Greece we are currently looking for a Product Specialist
in order to strengthen our POS & Ecommerce Budget & Product Management Department
Activities
Contributes to the design, planning and implementation/ delivery of products/services and commercial strategies (go-to-market, acquisition, retention initiatives etc.), by co-operating cross-functionally.- Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders (business partners and vendors) for the development and release of products/ services features and commercial initiatives.
- Monitors market trends and best practices, locally and internationally, performs and maintains thorough competition analysis.
- Prepares and Maintains the Product Roadmap
- Prepares marketing briefs, content for product marketing material, business requirements for product initiatives and follows up for the timely and successful execution to completion of tasks in hand
- Creates product presentations and reports for product KPIs, commercial activities’ results etc.
- Prepares and/ or contributes to feasibility analysis & proposals for new products and features, commercial initiatives etc.
- Supports business development and sales efforts as required in order to achieve agreed targets for the assigned products/services
- Manages external vendors and customer care teams for the support of products/ services, aiming at seamless end-to-end execution of planned actions and ensuring excellent customer experience
- Assists in the recurring budgeting, budget reporting and forecasting process, in close cooperation with Sales & Finance.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, technology or relevant industries, preferably but not exclusively in product management and/ or product marketing roles- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Marketing, Business or Finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek (Italian language will be considered an asset)
- Excellent use of MS Office (especially excel, power point)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across various seniority levels
- Ability to act proactively, take initiatives, prioritize and work simultaneously on multiple projects, paying attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the acquiring market will be considered an asset.
- Experience in Ad./ creative agency management is a plus
