THE OPPORTUNITY

Key Account Management:

  • Manage pharmacy key accounts (top-to-top engagement with KA, joint business planning), have deep insights of top accounts relating to their mission, vision, strategy, build strong relationship with top account management level
  • Develop Key Account strategy, action plans and execute the plans.
  • Work closely with Commercial Operations Manager to develop campaigns for KAM, necessary activations targeted pharmacy customers
  • Work with Business Manager, partner, field force to negotiate and implement account plans to drive expected results for business

Pricing management and commercial trade channel management:

  • Be responsible for overall pricing strategy, develop and execute commercial trade programs for different customer segments leveraging data and analysis to ensure Organon products are rightly positioned and valued by customers.
  • Work with Business Manager, SEA Commercial Trade Channel Lead and distribution partner to align and execute commercial programs.
  • Effectively manage wholesales, retail customers and in collaboration with field force increase market demand.
  • Track and conduct frequent analysis to draw learnings and propose areas for improvement/ propose new approach for trade scheme

Conduct necessary activities including display programs, activations, events…at KA, targeted customers to increase product visibility, availability…in alignment with channel strategy and brand strategy.

Manage innovative initiatives/ projects which drive uptake, reach in pharmacy channel ie. programs with e-commerce players, partners.

Responsible for forecast, inventory management and sales target of key accounts, wholesales in close collaboration with sales managers and sales reps.

Mid size event management (30-40 participants):

  • Managing local vendors, collaborate with relevant stakeholders including regional vendors, medical, BM, Cluster Product Manager, Customers, Partners and field force in planning, implementing events….
  • Work with Key Opinion Leaders/ Stakeholders who will be instrumental in building the scientific agendas of meetings, activities.

Support in any other business matters as per requirement.
