Purpose of role

This role will be responsible for wholesales customer, small account in orde to generate sales revenue and drive company’s sales performance to reach sales objective and expand business growth

Responsibilities include:

  • Understand and commit to corporate and department vision and values
  • Understand and commit to department objectives
  • Full responsibility for developing Thailand new product strategies and local marketing initiatives to drive sales in the responsive product area
  • Support effective execution of local sales activity
  • Manage wholesales customer to achieve company target
  • Develop business relationship with key wholesales to increase product availability in remote areas
  • Manage customers need to meet company wholesales business guideline
  • Arrange and coordinate with Education team to provide products training to wholesales’ customer.
  • Organize activity and relationship program to wholesales customer in order strengthen relationship
  • Assist and participate to achieve or exceed individual and group objectives
  • Train and develop new cross functional team members as required

Who are you?

  • Bachelor degree in sales and marketing or related field
  • Experience in retail sales or Wholesales at least 3-5 years
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Understand pharmaceutical wholesales business
  • Savvy in computer skills
  • Has good experience in relationships with wholesale channel
  • Fast moving, solution driven with a good track record of successful execution of commercial and compliant solutions
  • Great articulations and thought leadership to provide solutions and complex concepts
  • Passion for Natural Health Industry
