We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn team player to support RBI, a leading depositary bank for investment funds. Joining as a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our depositary bank function and managing RBI's oversight duties.

Your mission at RBI:

• Design and implement processes to ensure the fulfillment of custodian duties for investment funds, in compliance with UCITS V, AIFMD, and ImmoInvG regulations.
• Stay informed about regulatory developments and market practices in the investment fund field, initiating relevant product adjustments accordingly.
• Oversee duties such as NAV control, cash flow monitoring, and compliance checks to ensure their proper execution.
• Conduct due diligence visits at asset management companies.
• Collaborate with asset management companies and cross-functional teams (business, legal, compliance, operations, and IT) to develop and maintain a comprehensive product offering.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the seamless implementation and efficient operation of depositary bank features.
• Act as an interface to auditors and authorities.
• Provide product training and support to internal teams, including client-facing relationship managers and customer support.

Your core competencies:

• Three to five years of experience in the field of processing of financial instruments, preferably in product/process management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex concepts.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results within tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Communication level in German
