Warehouse/Logistics Associate
Location- Hoofddorp.
Job type- Fixed term contract.
Role reports to- Sr. Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Logistics Associate, you will be expected to plan, organize and execute logistics support activities such as stock management, order processing, order fulfilment, device configuration, order scheduling, warehousing, shipment planning, expediting freight consignments and updating transactions on our warehouse management system. In addition to the above duties you will also be responsible for quality control of warehouse stock and deliveries and other quality control measures & duties assigned to you by your manager.

- Process, package and ship orders accurately.
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
- Organize warehouse space.
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items.
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
- Keep warehouse clean and organised daily.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Strong PC and administration skills.
- Previous experience in Logistics (Warehouse & Shipping).
- Must demonstrate initiative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customer experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical information.
- Ability to manage day to day logistics tasks, such as all revenue and customs compliance, invoice checks, freight quotes.
- Knowledge and experience using ERP systems.
- Proficiency with management report writing and creation.
- Experience in negotiation with and management of key service providers.
- Experience or dedicated interest in IT, Systems, Technology etc.
- Should be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands.
