Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team
What you will work on:
- Investigate and address flagged suspicious activities in various systems.
- Enhance the overview and methods to detect and respond to both technical and process-related threats.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement monitoring and protection measures.
- Work closely with the Security Operation Center (SOC) to strengthen security measures.
- Engage in thorough analysis, implementation, and documentation of security measures.
- Adapt to changing responsibilities and tools as your skills and the technology evolve.

- Possess strong analytical skills and persistence to handle complex systems.
- Enjoy both hands-on technical work and collaborating with the team to solve problems.
- Willingly search for information, contact relevant individuals, and break down challenging tasks into manageable parts.
- Embrace support and guidance to become a proficient member of the Blue Team, focused on cybersecurity defense.
- Ideally, a few years of experience in IT security, but a strong competence and willingness to learn can also be considered.
- Experience in working with networks and systems, preferably in both physical and cloud environments.
- Proficiency in programming and/or scripting.
- Competence in Linux, Windows, and centralized rights systems.
- Familiarity with log analysis and other IT security support systems.
- Involvement in handling critical security incidents.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 30,000.00kr - 60,000.00kr per month
