Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist [Greece]

We are looking for the right candidate who will fill the position of Social Media & Content Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy of the company (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok).

  • Plan, create and execute social media monthly calendar in collaboration with internal teams and 3d party agencies
  • Build end to end digital engagement activations
  • Interact with community members in a professional, personable, and timely manner
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts, community sentiment and notable trends
  • Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends
  • Keep up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry

Requirements

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of working experience in Digital and Social Media Marketing.
  • Thorough understanding of social media strategy and management.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and related tools
  • Experience in community management
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for bringing forth new ideas and process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
