We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. This person will focus on selling our products to companies /B2B/ in our telephone sales department.

- Sell D&B portfolio to new customers
- Maintain and grow core revenue and transition the portfolio to recurring revenue and new product suite
- Monitor account portfolio for risk, developing risks and mitigation plans to minimize attrition
- Ensure that the solutions help drive the customers agenda and business forward
- Manage and communicate progress against monthly targets
- New and cross sales
Skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales /around 2 years/
- Fluent in both English and Finnish language
- Desire to succeed
- Courage
- Interest in learning new things
- A general understanding of business
- Telephone sales experience would be an advantage
