Role Summary: As an IT Sales Manager at WeAssemble, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our IT services and solutions by identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will build and maintain relationships with clients in the Nordics and the UK, develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. Your deep understanding of offshore development, data, and DevOps services will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts, focusing on middle and senior management.

Manage end-to-end sales closure, including hunting, needs identification, basic solutioning, pitching, and closing deals with mid-size and large organizations.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers, addressing complaints to maintain trust.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to ensure business target achievements and meeting customer expectations on service delivery.

Provide regular updates to clients and partners as needed, ensuring a resolution to every issue.

Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

Increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and reference selling.

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

Augment solution selling and drive new product penetration in enterprise accounts.

Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.

Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.

Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, marketing, business, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales account management, customer dealing, and selling IT Solutions.

Technical understanding of the latest technology and IT products.

Proactive, customer-focused, and able to strike deals - i.e., accurately forecast and close opportunities.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English, Swedish, and Danish.
