 We are seeking an Events Assistant to join our team and assist in the planning and execution of exciting events. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and create memorable experiences for our attendees. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and logistics of events, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and equipment preparation.
  • Support the marketing and promotion of events through various channels, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Assist in managing event registrations, attendee lists, and RSVPs.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including greeting attendees, managing registrations, and handling inquiries.
  • Assist with event coordination tasks, such as managing event materials, signage, and giveaways.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.
  • Maintain event databases and files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
